Membership requirements
All accounts and directory submissions are verified to ensure that they meet the following criteria:
- A representative of the organisation is making the submission and has authorisation to do so;
- The organisation represents a group of professionals for a specific profession;
- The profession is a personal service provided to the public, not to business;
- Worldwide associations may be located in any country;
- Multi-national associations must conduct their activites in one of the following countries; Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom,United States;
- National and Regional associations must be located in one of the following countries; Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom, United States. We will be expanding our service to include additional countries and languages in the future;
- Your site must be in English and we must be able to verify all of your information and satisfy our acceptance criteria via your website's content;

Information required for sign up
The minimum required information will be easily available to you. Any further information can be added after the signup process by simply logging into your account. The minimum required information is:
- Association name, initials, address, phone, website
- An email address at your domain or visible on your website
- Number of members, year formed
- Where you conduct your activities and where you accept members from
- Your professions
- Association description and member benefits
- Primary contact information for internal use
