Description

The International Association for Corporate & Professional Recruitment’s (IACPR)
mission is to provide the senior-level recruitment community with opportunities to network, share
best practices and build cutting-edge expertise within a collaborative environment. The
organization’s members are professionals whose current and primary responsibilities are focused
on executive-level talent acquisition and retention.
Corporate members include company executives responsible for senior-level human
resources, staffing, development, acquisition, management and retention.
Retained search members (100% retained) are those consultants specializing in
executive-level recruitment.
We also reserve a limited number of membership places each year for Consultant
members – those either engaged in a practice focused on supporting recruitment, development
and retention at the executive level or are drawn from academia with primary teaching or
research activities focused on issues relevant to the IACPR.
The IACPR maintains a strict non-solicitation policy, to make sure that all our members can
come together in a collegial, comfortable environment of sharing and trust.
