Mission / Aims

The mission of MNRSA is to serve the staffing and recruiting firms of Minnesota through education, promotion and legislative representation.

Training / Licensing / Certification

The strength of MNRSA is in providing strong programming and training opportunities including smaller, informal gatherings that many small company owners and managers are looking for, along with top notch programming with industry trainers. MNRSA offers continuing education opportunities for both the CPC/CTS and CSP certification. The trend in training today is the need to cross train consultants. Traditional temporary staffing services want to learn the intricacies of permanent placement; Perm consultants want to learn the fast paced methods of temporary placement. By combining these two associations we naturally bring these two disciplines together in all our training events and provide a more effective platform to diversify our consultant's skills. The combined larger membership alsos allow us to create better training events with quality speakers, a better experience for attendees and sponsors to these events.
