Professional Photographers of the North Valley (PPNV). Based in Redding, California, PPNV is the collaborative efforts of the most talented professional photographers in Northern California. PPNV is an affiliate of both the Professional Photographers of California (PPC) and the Professional Photographers of America (PPA).
