Description

The Boise Estate Planning Council provides an educational and social forum for those professional in the Boise, Idaho area active in personal estate planning and trust administration. The Council is composed of members chosen from applicants who are attorneys, certified public accountants, life underwriters, financial planners, or trust officers. The Boise Estate Planning Council is affiliated with the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils.

The National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC) is a national organization of professional estate planners and affiliated Estate Planning Councils focused on establishing and monitoring the highest professional and education standards. NAEPC fosters public awareness of the quality services rendered by professionals who meet these standards. NAEPC builds a team approach involving cross-professional disciplines to better serve the publics need in estate planning.

The Boise Estate Planning Council meets together for lunch at the Arid Club in Boise nine times a year and meets for an evening in May for dinner as a social event. The lunch meetings begin each year in September and end in April. At each meeting a speaker makes a presentation on a topic of interest to those involved in estate planning.
