Mission / Aims

The purpose of PLTA is to advance the science of evidencing and insuring title to real property and the education of its members.

Principal activities

A highly effective Legislative and Judicial committee gives PLTA members a voice in the state capitol and also in Washington.

PLTA provides access to the informaiton and professional network that is integral to a successful title professional.

Training / Licensing / Certification

The educational arm of PLTA - the Pennsylvania Land Title Institute - is the leading provider of accredited continuing education for licensed Pennsylvania title insurance agents and attorneys.
