CDAAC is committed to supporting excellence in Communicative Disorders Assistant practice and professional growth of all members.
Communicative Disorders Assistants are employed in the areas of augmentative and alternative communication, articulation, phonology, language, fluency, and aural rehabilitation within a range of facilities.
These include, but are not limited to, school boards, hearing aid manufacturers, acute care hospitals, treatment centres, long-term care facilities, community health units, private agencies, augmentative communication companies and audiology clinics.
