Description
SMA has been serving physicians' needs since its inception in 1906, enabling physicians to practice the highest standards of medicine by fostering professional development and economic stability through education, services, collegiality, and leadership across multiple specialties. SMA accomplishes this mission by developing and presenting high quality educational programs in multi-media formats; by offering products, services, and resources to make your practice more efficient and successful; by providing security and support through insurance plans and retirement programs; and doing this all through the direction of a physician-led council who knows what it takes to be a physician in today's world.
