Description

Founded in 1961, MCTLC is characterized by a spirit of activism and cooperation in the promotion of world language education in Minnesota.
MCTLC is the Minnesota affiliate of the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL).
MCTLC is a member of the Central States Conference on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (CSC) and a member of the Joint National Committee for Languages (JNCL).
MCTLC's Minnesota logo is one without boundaries. The impact of opening minds to new languages and cultures also has no limits.
