Mission / Aims

We support BSL/English and Deaf interpreters. Our focus is on developing the interpreter and developing the profession.

Principal activities

We offer support to interpreters through training courses, working parties and task groups and a continuous professional development programme. We represent the views of interpreters to external agencies including local and national governments. We support interpreters across the globe through our international representatives.

Training courses are provided and vary dependent upon demand.
