The Pilates Association of Canada is a not-for-profit organization with the purposes of promoting the Pilates Method, supporting high professional standards, sponsoring educational events, and disseminating information relating to the Pilates Method in Canada.

Mission / Aims

To promote the Pilates Method, and to disseminate information relating to the Pilates Method to other professionals and to the community at large.
To encourage pilates instructors to adhere to the highest professional and ethical standards.
To promote continuing education relating to ongoing practices and new developments in the Pilates Method by offering educational opportunities to members and the general public.

The Pilates Association of Canada is committed to work with other organizations such as: The Pilates Method Alliance and the British Columbia Recreation and Parks Association to draw up standards and procedures to regulate the certification of professionals in the teaching of the Pilates Method.
