The official website of the Mississippi Licensed Professional Counselors Association, the professional organization working to advance the practice of mental health counseling in Mississippi. MLPCA is a Division of Mississippi Counseling Association (MCA) and a state chapter of the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).
